The main question is how to createa favorable environment that will stimulate creativity in such business environments?

Creating an atmosphere that encourages and supports creativity becomes imperative for organizations that want to stand out and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Creativity within an organization is reflected in the ability of superiors to encourage employees’ creativity, both individual and team. It is also important that the entire organization fosters creativity, not just superiors. To foster creativity within an organization, it is important to have excellent communication. Similarly, it is very important to establish an atmosphere of trust through open communication, delegate tasks, and support employees in devising and proposing creative solutions. When creative thinking begins within the organization and elements of creativity are considered as determinants of the path to the company’s success, innovations arise.

Many factors influence the creation of a favorable creative atmosphere. We have identified some of them:
