We came across an interesting study and case study by Ivana Vuković in the paper “Creating a sustainable marketing mix in rural tourism.” The author examines family farms (OPGs) in the municipality of Svetvinčenat in Istria, specifically highlighting resource management strategies in rural tourism.
The research examined four OPGs: OPG Macan, OPG Živolić, OPG Pekica, and OPG Luciana. While each of these farms specializes in different types of services, they all share common characteristics that define the rural region in which they are located.
One of the key aspects of these OPGs is their accessibility.
